What is an NCR receipt book? NCR stands for No Carbon Required. It is a special carbonless paper where writing or printing on the top sheet automatically transfers to the sheets underneath — no messy carbon paper needed. It is the standard for modern duplicate and triplicate receipt books.

What is the difference between duplicate, triplicate and quadruplicate receipt books? Duplicate books have 2 copies per receipt (usually white + yellow) — customer + office. Triplicate books have 3 copies (white + yellow + pink) — customer + office + accounts. Quadruplicate books have 4 copies (white + yellow + pink + blue) — used for government, audit and multi-department workflows.

Can I print my company logo, TRN and VAT details? Yes. Every receipt voucher we print can carry your logo, company name, address, phone, TRN, VAT registration number, bank details and any custom fields. VAT and TRN placement follows UAE Federal Tax Authority format.

Can you add sequential numbering? Yes — sequential numbering is included as standard. You choose the starting number, colour (red or black) and whether numbering is continuous across multiple books (e.g. book 1: 0001–0050, book 2: 0051–0100).
