A small display that does a lot of selling

Table top displays are the quietest piece of marketing a business owns. They sit where the customer already is — at the table, at the counter, at the reception desk — and they carry the message that a wall poster is too far away to deliver: today's offer, this month's price, the new service, the table number, the thing you want people to ask about.

The category covers more than one product. A table tent card folds and stands by itself. A holder keeps a printed insert upright and lets you swap the message. A counter display sits at the till where the customer pauses to pay. A reception sign carries fixed information that rarely changes. Which one is right depends on how often the message changes and how much handling the display will get.

PRINT ZONE prints the graphics for all of these. You tell us the setting and what needs to be communicated; we advise on the format, prepare the layout from your brand assets, and produce the quantity you actually need across your locations.

Table Top Displays for Restaurants

Hospitality is where tabletop displays earn their keep, because every table is a placement opportunity.

Daily & Weekend Specials: A short-run insert promoting the dish or offer you want to move, reprinted whenever the kitchen changes it.

Drinks & Dessert Upsells: The offer guests see after they have ordered the main course — the classic tabletop conversion.

Table Numbers: Numbered displays for counter-service venues so staff deliver to the right table without asking.

QR Menu Displays: A holder for your digital menu code, covered in more detail on our QR stand page.

Reservation & Service Notices: Reserved signs, service timings and seating information presented in your brand style rather than a printed A4 sheet.

Loyalty & App Sign-Ups: A prompt at the table to join your loyalty programme while the visit is still fresh.

Table Top Displays for Retail Stores

In retail the display sits at the shelf edge, the product table or the payment counter, doing the job a staff member cannot do at every position at once.

Price & Offer Displays: Clear pricing at the product table, printed to match your store signage rather than handwritten.

Product Feature Cards: Short benefit copy for a featured product so browsers get the pitch without waiting for help.

Counter Displays: Add-on offers and service information at the till, where the last purchase decision happens.

Seasonal Campaigns: Ramadan, National Day, back-to-school and end-of-season sets produced across all your stores at once.

New Arrival Signs: A visible marker for new stock on tables and gondola ends.

Care & Usage Information: Product care, sizing or warranty notes displayed beside the item rather than printed on a leaflet nobody takes.

Table Top Displays for Offices and Reception Areas

In a corporate setting the tabletop display is usually about information and impression rather than promotion.

Reception Information: Visitor instructions, opening hours and department directions presented neatly at the front desk.

Meeting Room Signs: Room names, booking notices and desk identifiers produced as a matching set.

Desk Name Displays: Printed name plates for front-office staff, service counters and event registration desks.

Service Counter Notices: Queue instructions, document checklists and process steps at clinic, bank and service-centre counters.

Exhibition Counters: Product information and lead-capture prompts on the counter of your event stand.

Event Registration Tables: Signage for check-in tables, badge collection and information points.

Ordering a tabletop display set

1. Describe the placement: Tables, counters, reception or exhibition — and how many positions you need to cover.

2. Agree the format: We recommend a tent card, holder or counter display based on how often the message changes.

3. Approve the artwork: Send print-ready files or your logo and text, and approve the proof we prepare.

4. Produce and deliver: Produced in Dubai and delivered to your venue, or collected — the delivery options are the same as any PRINT ZONE order.

Frequently asked questions

What can I display on a tabletop stand? Anything printed that needs to stay upright and readable: promotions, price lists, menus, table numbers, safety or service information, QR codes, product details and event schedules. We print the insert to fit the holder you choose.

Can tabletop stands be used on restaurant tables? Yes, that is one of the most common uses. Restaurants order them for specials, drink promotions, table numbers and menu displays. Tell us how many tables you have and we quote for the full set.

Do you print double-sided table displays? Double-sided printing is available on formats that support it, which is useful when guests sit on both sides of a table. Confirm it in your quotation so the artwork is set up for two faces from the start.

What is the difference between a table tent and a table stand? A table tent is a folded printed card that stands on its own, while a table stand is a holder that keeps a printed insert upright. Table tents are cheaper for short campaigns; a holder lasts longer because you only reprint the insert.

Can I change the printed insert later without buying new stands? Yes. When you use a holder format, you keep the stand and order reprinted inserts whenever the promotion, price or menu changes. We keep your approved file so reorders match the original.

Do you produce table displays in Arabic? Yes. Supply the Arabic text and we set it in the layout, or send an existing bilingual design. We check the Arabic renders correctly in the print file before production.

How many table displays can I order at once? There is no fixed ceiling. Small cafés order a handful, hotels and retail chains order several hundred across locations. Larger quantities are quoted as a batch.
