A2 CAD & AutoCAD Drawing Printing in Dubai
A2 measures 420 × 594 mm (42 × 59.4 cm) — the size to reach for when A1 is more sheet than the drawing needs but A3 loses too much detail. Print Zone prints A2 engineering drawings, layouts, construction details and smaller architectural plans on 80 GSM drawing paper, black & white or full colour, using our Epson SureColor technical printer.

Where A2 fits between A1 and A3
A2 is the format most people forget exists, and then use constantly once they try it. Detail sheets, single-room layouts, equipment arrangements and part-plans rarely fill an A1 sheet — printing them at A1 just adds white space and makes the drawing awkward to handle. Dropping to A3 goes too far and the annotation gets tight.
It also sits comfortably on a desk. A2 is a practical size for review copies passed between a design team, for drawings taken to a client meeting, and for detail sheets kept alongside a full A1 set in the site office.
