Architectural output has two audiences — the site and the client — and they need different prints. Print Zone handles both: mono working sets on 80 GSM drawing paper for construction issue, and full-colour presentation sheets for client and authority review. Floor plans, elevations, sections, site plans, detail drawings, interior plans and landscape plans, printed at A0, A1, A2 or A3.

Floor plans: Level-by-level plans at 1:50 to 1:200, the backbone of any architectural set.
Elevations: External facade drawings where material hatching and shadow lines must stay distinct.
Sections: Cut-through drawings showing levels, build-ups and vertical relationships.
Site plans: Plot layout, access, boundaries and external works — usually A0 or A1.
Detail drawings: Large-scale junctions and construction details, often at A2.
Presentation plans: Rendered and colour-filled sheets prepared for clients and reviews.
Interior plans: Finishes, furniture and joinery layouts, generally printed in colour.
Landscape plans: Planting, paving and irrigation drawings where colour separates zones.
Two very different print jobs from one set
A presentation sheet is read once, at close range, by someone forming an impression. Colour matters, rendered areas matter, and it is worth printing at the largest sensible size. A working sheet is read dozens of times by people checking dimensions, and what matters is that the linework and annotation stay crisp through mark-ups and reprints.
Deciding which sheets belong in which category before you order usually saves both money and confusion. Most studios we work with run the full set mono for issue, then print a short colour selection for the meeting.
